Absolutely. We aim to divert a minimum of 80% of demolition waste from landfill through metal recycling, concrete crushing, and wood salvage programs.

For buildings constructed before 1990, a Hazardous Materials Survey (HMS) is legally required in BC prior to any demolition or renovation. We can recommend certified hygienists, and our certified abatement crews handle removal before demolition commences.
